

eRentPayment - Set Up Guide
Welcome to the convenience of online payments with eRentPayment! With eRentPayment you can make online payments for: Rent Payments - And More.
Please use the steps below to register for our online payment service:
1. Go to: https://www.erentpayment.com/createAccount.aspx
2. Enter your personal information, select a User Name, and then select Continue
3. You will be emailed a temporary password.
4. Select Home once you receive the password and enter your User Name and Temporary Password
5. Enter the Checking or Savings account you will be submitting payments with.
6. Select Submit.
7. Within the Renters section in the Renter Code Field enter either:
- Property Street # and First Word of Street Name - for all other items payments.
example #1: If property address is – 3215 Chestnut Bridge Way – You will enter: 3215 Chestnut
example #2: If property address is – 805 East Maple Street – You will enter: 805 East
example #3: If property address is – 805 E. Maple Street – You will enter: 805 Maple
example #4: If property address is – 777 Apple Tree Ln. W. – You will enter: 777 Apple
8. Select Submit.
9. The registration process is complete at this point so you will be presented with your
property overview screen.
10. You can select Profile then Change Password to change your temporary password.

How to Submit a One-Time Payment:
1. Login to www.erentpayment.com
2. Select Make Payment
3. Select the Checking or Savings account that payment will be deducted from
4. Enter the Payment Amount
5. Select the Payment Type – (Rent Payment, Etc.)
6. Select the Month and Year that the payment is for
7. If you want to schedule the payment to occur on a future date enter the date in the
Scheduled Date field. If you don't enter a Scheduled Date payment will be submitted today.
8. Select Next
9. You will be presented with the Confirmation screen so you can confirm the information is
correct.
10. Select Authorize to submit the payment
11. You will receive an email confirmation for the payment.
How to add an Automatic Recurring Monthly Payment:
1. Login to www.erentpayment.com
2. Select Recurring Payment
3. Enter the Start Date, this will be the first month the automatic payment will occur.
4. Enter the End Date, this will be the last month the automatic payment will occur.
5. Select the Day of the Month the payment will occur on.
6. Enter the Amount, Payment Type, Account, and Property then select Save.
7. You can add multiple recurring payments to the system if necessary.
8. If you need to modify a recurring payment record that has already been processed, some
fields may be read-only so you can delete the record then add a new recurring payment
record if necessary.
Note: The first scheduled date, which is determined by the Start Date and Day selected, must be in the future.

Please Note: Monthly rent payments are due on the 1st of each month. If payments are paid on the 2nd of the month or later a $50.00 late fee will be charged automatically. There is a $3 fee for using eRentPayment service for each payment made.
